Mr. Ewart’s position as a principal of the firm brings with it the responsibilities of overall firm management, design philosophy and direction and maintaining client relationships. His technical expertise and design background have enabled him to maintain a unique perspective on an architectural commission in order to accommodate all the various parameters involved.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Ewart was an owner and served on the board of directors of Guay & Associates, Inc. - Knoxville, Tennessee. He has also worked at the following architectural firms: Brewer Ingram Fuller - Knoxville, Tennessee; Carl Abbott Architect - Sarasota, Florida; The Ritchie Organization - Sarasota, Florida; Tennant and Cummings - South Charleston, West Virginia.

David B. Luttrell, Construction Administrator / Chief Draftsman
Specialties & Experience:
Mr. Luttrell’s experience, which started in 1962, includes hospitals, medical office buildings, schools, churches, restaurants and federal and state government projects. This architectural background proves very beneficial in the production and administration of contract documents.
Professional Experience:
Mr. Luttrell has an extensive background in construction administration and production of contract documents, which provides a strong foundation for managing the project both in and out of the office. He has been in charge for many years during the construction phase of many projects, including projects for the State of Tennessee, many health related projects, as well as churches and schools.
Prior to joining George Armour Ewart, Architect, Mr. Luttrell has worked for the following firms: 32 years at Guay & Associates - Knoxville, Tennessee and 2 years as a project manager for H-S Whitson Construction Company, Inc.

Ms. Ware’s is proficient in architectural drafting. She specializes in design for interior spaces, including commercial as well as residential plans.

Ms. Ware’s position as an interior design intern enables her to nurture her creativity and further develop her design capabilities. Her specialties include space planning and presentation skills that aid in various projects.

Ms. Dunn has worked in an office environment for the past 6 years. Her experiences include Insurance and Account Management, Secretarial and Reception.
