Dalton Whiteside

Architectural Associate

Dalton grew up between Maryville and Knoxville, but studied at the City College of New York, earning a Bachelors in Architecture and Minor in Architectural History in 2018. He also attended the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA) studying classical proportion, details. He was an architectural tour guide in West Harlem for five years and is writing a book on the architectural history of his alma mater. He moved back to Knoxville in 2020 and has worked for a developer and a home remodeling/renovation company until joining George Ewart Architects. Dalton has worked on residential, commercial and institutional projects and comes with a diverse profile of work that allows him the versatility to handle any design project.

Dalton enjoys getting out for hikes, biking, museums, tours and live music.
