A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Sam has more than 30 years of experience in commercial, residential, educational and industrial architecture. Of course, the scale and detail associated with these building types vary considerably but they all require the same efforts involved with their design, drawing / specification production and project closeout.

Sam is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia through the reciprocity provided by NCARB. He is also a member of the AIA and served as President of the Middle Georgia Chapter before coming “home” to Tennessee in 2022.

Whether out of necessity or pleasure he enjoys the remodeling / restoration involved in bringing an old home back to life. Lately a particular focus has been to make an old, uninsulated basement into a Den and Study. Being a University of Tennessee sports fan that new den will be part of a favorite past time… watching the MANY sports available in Big Orange.
